Architectural kitchen systems for modern homes.

Samples — First Physical Step

Build your sample set.

Choose a front collection, finish, and sample format to compare ORLO.Haus materials, colors, and details in your own home.

Samples are the first physical step in the ORLO.Haus process. They let you see the finish, feel the front detail, and understand how the material responds to your lighting before moving into plans, pricing, and production.

Configure a single sample, build a set, or order a curated kit.

Build Your Sample Set

Configure your sample door.

Each sample is a small physical door — 12" × 7.5", $40 (custom painted finishes are $145, color-matched per order). Choose a front collection, then a finish, then the grain direction for wood.

Choose grain direction

Wood fronts can be cut with the grain running vertically or horizontally. The grain direction changes the rhythm of the kitchen, especially across drawer banks and tall storage walls.

How to Choose

Start from the decision
you are trying to make.

Think about what you are deciding: the shape of the front, the color of the finish, the warmth of the material, or the overall kitchen direction.

If you are choosing a collection

Start with detail samples from COVE, CIRCLE, ARC, PLANE, or REED.

You are comparing

  • Handle detail
  • Profile
  • Texture
  • Tactile feel
  • Visual rhythm

If you are choosing a finish

Start with finish swatches or a finish kit.

You are comparing

  • Color
  • Grain
  • Sheen
  • Texture
  • Warmth
  • How it changes in light

If you are choosing a full direction

Choose configured samples that combine collection + finish — the closest preview of a real kitchen decision.

You are comparing

  • COVE + White Oak Natural
  • CIRCLE + Studio Green
  • ARC + Bleeker Beige
  • REED + Walnut Natural
  • PLANE + Fenix Nero

If you are a designer

Start with a Trade Sample Box or a project-specific curated set.

You are comparing

  • Multiple collections
  • Painted palette
  • Natural wood
  • Technical surfaces
  • Specification insert

At-Home Evaluation

Look at samples in
the same conditions as your future kitchen.

A finish can look very different under morning light, evening light, warm LEDs, cool LEDs, and next to flooring, countertops, tile, and wall colors. Always evaluate samples in your actual space.
  1. 01View samples in morning and evening light.
  2. 02Place them next to flooring and countertop materials.
  3. 03Compare against wall color and backsplash ideas.
  4. 04Look at wood grain from multiple angles.
  5. 05Feel the front detail in your hand.
  6. 06Compare matte colors under artificial light.
  7. 07Think about high-touch and high-use areas.
  8. 08Narrow your direction before requesting a quote.
